What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a natural, primitive fear response—designed to protect us—but when it becomes overwhelming, it can feel like it's working against us. Anxiety distorts our thoughts—making us perceive danger when there likely isn’t—and magnifies uncertainties.
It keeps us stuck in a loop of overthinking, preventing us from staying present or feeling at ease. When it becomes chronic, anxiety not only impacts our mind but can take a toll on our physical health.
Anxiety shows up differently for everyone but the reality is that over time, it can make you feel disconnected and prevent you from taking back control to live the life that's right in front of you.
