STEP 2 — SCHEDULE AN INTAKE SESSION

This 50-minute session is about getting to know you more—gathering your history, exploring any goals, establishing a tailored treatment plan. Consider this a deeper dive following your consultation.

STEP 3 — BEGIN THERAPY

Begin therapy—typically meeting once a week—to support a foundation and steady progress. Sessions will move at a pace that feels comfortable to you as trust is built over time. Throughout the process we will check in to ensure your needs are being met.
